Are your cookies soft?

Yes, our shortbread “Sprinkle” line is a soft cake like texture. Our traditional cookie line has a soft and chewy texture.

Our number 1 seller is our Vanilla Sprinkle! Our famous Sprinkle cookie is a soft shortbread cookie iced with our creamy vanilla buttercream and topped with colorful sugar sprinkles.

How do I care for my cookie?

When your cookies arrive, enjoy immediately! Save what is left (if any) for future enjoyment! Leave them sealed and place them in your freezer. Take them out 1hr to thaw before serving.

What cookies ship best?

Our Sprinkle cookie line ships the best. This includes all our special flavored Sprinkles as well as our famous Vanilla Sprinkles! 

How long will a cookie stay fresh after shipping?

We single seal and freeze our cookies for freshness. Our Sprinkles have a shelf life of 3 months in a cooler, 8 months in a freezer, and 12 days at room temperature. Our Traditional cookies have a shelf life of 1 month in a freezer. Our chewies have a shelf life of 7 days at room temperature, 2 months in a cooler, and 6 months in a freezer. Our Flavored Brownies have a shelf life of 6 weeks in a cooler and 2 months in a freezer. 

How does shipping work?

After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has been successfully placed. You will also receive an order confirmation email as well as another email when your order has shipped. 

How is my order shipped?

We ship our packages via the United States Postal Service. There multiple options for shipping such as Ground Advantage, Priority, and Express. Ground Advantage is 2-5 business days to most United States addresses. Priority is 1-3 business days to most United States addresses. Priority Express is 1-2 business days to most United States addresses. If you would prefer a different shipping service such as UPS, we'd be happy to look it up. If you need your order by a specific date, please call our gift specialist at 1-888-298-6820 to determine the best shipping option. 

When will my order arrive?
  • Our standard shipping is United States Postal. There multiple options for shipping such as Ground Advantage, Priority, and Express. Ground Advantage is 2-5 business days to most United States addresses. Priority is 2-3 business days to most United States addresses. Priority Express is 1-3 calendar days to most United States addresses. USPS states that shipping times for Ground Advantage and Priority are not guaranteed. USPS does guarantee delivery time of 1-3 calendar days for Express shipping.
  • We ship from our kitchens in Indiana, so please be aware that orders across the country will take longer than those shipped to nearby states. 
  • We do our best to ensure your packages arrive on time, but Blondie’s cannot be held responsible for late packages beyond our control due to adverse weather or disruptions in transportation services. 
  • Most of our orders ship out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible. We do not ship over weekends as our cookies are a perishable bakery item and it will cause our cookies to be in transit longer and not arrive as fresh.
Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct. 

Can I add a message with my delivery?

Yes, once you are in the Payment section, you will be able to add a message to your recipient that will be included in your gift. Please try to keep your messages to 10 words or less.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I send gift boxes to multiple addresses?

Yes, to ship multiple addresses you will need to submit a new order for each recipient. You may also call us at 1-888-298-6820 and we would be happy to help with multiple address orders.

How do Specials marked “Free Shipping” get shipped?

Any product advertising free shipping will be shipped using a company and service of our sole discretion to United States destination only. We typically ship our specials via USPS Ground Advantage service. Any requests to use a specific shipper or service should be made via phone at 1-888-298-6820 and will be subject to additional charges. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Click the number in that email to track progress. You can also visit www.blondiescookies.com to track your order.

What is Blondie’s return or refund policy?

Our cookies are our business and Blondie's take careful steps to ensure they arrive to you fresh from our kitchen. We stand behind our cookies 100% and will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied.

I. If your shipping box is damaged, do not accept it, or if already delivered, immediately return it to the shipper and file a complaint. Please notify us of shipping incident and follow the claim process set out by the shipping service.

II. If incorrect product is shipped, please let us know immediately and we'd be happy to make sure you receive the correct product that was ordered. 

III. If package arrives late or is missing, please inform us of the incident and file a claim with USPS. Once a package leaves our kitchen, it is up to USPS to deliver the package to our customers. The guidelines are as follows for each USPS service: 

Ground Advantage: File a claim with USPS no sooner than 15 days and no later than 60 days from shipping date.

Priority: File a claim with USPS no sooner than 15 days and no later than 60 days from shipping date.

Express: File a claim with USPS no sooner than 7 days and no later than 60 days from shipping date. 

IV. Satisfaction Guarantee: You, our customer, must be completely satisfied with your cookies and brownies. Our cookies are our business and our staff works hard everyday to ensure they arrive to you fresh from our kitchen. We stand behind our cookies 100% and will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied with our products.
