Shipping: Our goal is to get our cookies to you as fresh as possible. Our standard shipping is United State Postal Priority - this is 2-4 business days to most addresses. We ship from our kitchens in Indiana, so please be aware that orders across the country will take longer than those to nearby states. Unless "Express" (overnight) shipping is selected, an order may not be filled (shipped) for up to 3 business days. MOST, but NOT every address is available for Express (1-2 day) service via USPS. Normal PRIORITY SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED. The USPS now provides an anticipated shipment time (1,2,3 or 4 day) based upon shipping distance from our facility. We also cannot anticipate every situation at the recipient's address when your package arrives. Each shipment does have tracking and delivery confirmation, but DOES NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If a signature is required, or there is a special situation at an address, PLEASE INDICATE IT IN THE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS BOX on order or CALL US TOLL FREE AT 1-888-298-6820 so we can suggest the best options for you. Signature required and insurance options are available for additional costs. Our Express shipping cutoff time is 11:AM EST. Our cutoff time to send a normal Priority order out is 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. WE TRY NOT TO SHIP ON THURSDAYS OR FRIDAYS if we think that your order will take an extra day or two in transit over a weekend - we want your cookies to be as fresh as possible. If you have a special request, please call us. Blondie's Cookies Inc. will not be responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the sending party.
"FREE" Shipping: any product advertising free shipping will be shipped using a shipping company and service of our sole discretion to United States destinations only. Any requests to use a specific shipper or service should be made via phone at 888-298-6820 and will be subject to additional charges.
Recipient Messages: As a rule, we DO NOT include the invoice or any other information in your order unless you ask us to do so. If you want the recipient to know who ordered the items, please add a greeting card message in the "Special Instructions" window on the SET SHIPPING ADDRESS OR PAYMENT INFORMATION page(s).
Satisfaction Guarantee: You, our customer, must be completely satisfied with your cookies and brownies. Our cookies are our business and we take careful steps to ensure they arrive to you fresh from our kitchen. We stand behind our cookies 100% and will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied. We will either replace or refund your purchase, which ever you prefer. If your shipping box is damaged, do not accept it, or if already delivered, immediately return it the shipper and file a complaint. “Your happiness is our happiness”. For a refund or exchange, we ask that you return the product to us within seven(7) days of your receipt of them - we will pay the associated ground postage via USPS, and refund the amount of the returned product. We attempt to verify each recipient address. When issues are found, we will attempt to contact the sending party for confirmation. Once confirmed, an incorrect address and subsequent failed delivery provided by the sender WILL NOT BE an eligible reason for refund and voids this guarantee.
